About Pete
I help adolescents and adults set and achieve goals, navigate relationship challenges and manage grief, love, anger, and loss.
I can help you with:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Life Transitions
- Behavioral changes
- Family Relationships
- Parenting support
- Couples counseling
- Premarital counseling
- Sports performance
- Spiritual abuse recovery
I work with people to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and other unexpected complexities life can bring.
I specialize in working with young adults, people in transition, couples, and those exploring counseling for the first time. Many of my clients are men and women who feel unsure about therapy, but find themselves stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or realizing that the strategies that once worked no longer do.
Before becoming a counselor I spent years as a business owner, athletics coach, musician, and pastor. I hold degrees in visual communication, business administration, and clinical mental health counseling. I’ve also been a husband and father for nearly 30 years. These experiences help me connect with people from a wide range of backgrounds and offer counseling that is practical, curious, and compassionate.
