About Ashley
My goal is to provide non-judgmental support, empathy, autonomy, and encouragement.
Hi, I’m Ashley, a Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about supporting individuals with complex developmental trauma.
I am especially committed to working with survivors of domestic violence and narcissistic abuse, helping rebuild safety, self-trust, boundaries, and identity after relational harm. Trauma can hold us hostage to the past, and I strive to offer a pathway toward healing, empowerment, and meaningful change. Seeking support is the first step toward reclaiming your voice and beginning again.
I’ve worked in mental health roles serving the most vulnerable for over 10 years. Therefore, I feel comfortable helping others navigate all walks of life. I’m an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapist who utilizes Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills with an Attachment Theory lens.
Having worked on my own mental health, I understand the stigma/complexity that comes with life experiences. My goal is to provide non-judgmental support, empathy, autonomy, and encouragement. Please reach out! I’d love to explore how I can be of help so you can achieve the best version of yourself and bring peace, balance, and wellness back into your life.
