Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.

Anchor Counseling Spokane Therapist Rachel Randall
I can help you with:

I’m Rachel, a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate passionate about creating a safe, space for individuals, couples, and families to heal, grow, and reconnect. Whether you’re navigating trauma, relational challenges, or simply seeking greater emotional clarity, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to do it all on your own.

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I draw from somatic therapy to help clients reconnect with their bodies and safely process stored trauma. For couples, I blend the research-based tools of the Gottman Method with the emotional depth of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to foster deeper connection, repair ruptures, and build lasting intimacy. I also incorporate elements of play therapy when working with children or when symbolic expression offers a path to healing.

Above all, I believe in the power of authentic connection, curiosity, and honoring each person’s unique story. Healing is possible. I’d like to provide the tools for you to attain it.
