I can help you with:

“He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.”

~ Victor E.  Frankl

My counseling approach is grounded in cultural humility, attachment-informed care, and a strengths-based perspective.

My approach is rooted in attachment theory and systems thinking. I believe our personal and relational struggles often stem from early childhood experiences, cultural and societal influences, access to resources, and what we’ve learned about ourselves and others over time. My goal is to help you and your loved ones identify a framework that supports healing, growth, and the ability to thrive.

I began my work in the counseling field in 2018 after graduating from Spokane Falls Community College’s Addiction Studies Program. Since then, I’ve supported individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, helping them navigate the complex path of change and self-discovery. In 2025, I completed my graduate studies in Marriage and Family Therapy from Whitworth University.

Now, I’m excited to expand my work to include couples, and families navigating a variety of life challenges—not just substance use. Whether you’re working through trauma, relationship issues, emotional struggles, or communication breakdowns, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity.

I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, women, youth, and families. I believe in a collaborative, client-centered approach that honors your strengths and values.
